Mr. Locasto is a graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is a registered Professional Engineer with current registration in the State of Indiana and Ohio.
Prior to joining RTM Consultants, Inc., Mr. Locasto was employed as Construction Manager at a two campus, 800 bed hospital located in Northwest Indiana where his primary professional responsibilities included design of remodeled spaces and new construction of facilities at the hospital’s South Campus.
